If you aren't satisfied regarding our platform and service, we will definitely find a solution.
1. For all your complaints about the content and execution of a purchased trip, the tour operator is your first point of contact.
2. If the complaint is regarding the platform and/or service of TradeYourTrip, than please call us. You can also submit your complaint to our Customer Care by e-mail to customercare@tradeyourtrip.com
After receiving your complaint, you will receive an automated acknowledgment of receipt and a serial number. We then strive to process your complaint within two working days. Your complaint will be handled within 14 days at the latest.
Are you unhappy with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Dispute Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Commission through the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
